Erica began her career with Ryan Homes and NVHomes, where she quickly rose to the top—ranking among the top 6 nationally and selling over 400 homes, contributing to more than $140 million in new construction sales. Erica is now selling with Luxe Local Real Estate at Keller Williams, having sold over $ 31 million in resale homes in 2025. In addition to resale, she has closed over $150 million in new construction real estate since 2018, including $17 million-plus in new construction listing sales in 2025 alone.
