She specializes in both resale and new construction throughout Chester, Montgomery, Delaware, Berks, and Bucks Counties, and is also licensed in Delaware to support clients across state lines.

Erica began her career with Ryan Homes and NVHomes, where she quickly rose to the top—ranking among the top 6 nationally and selling over 400 homes, contributing to more than $140 million in new construction sales. Since joining Keller Williams and the Gary Mercer Team in 2016, she has continued to excel, with over $115 million in new construction sales and more than $26 million in resale volume in 2023 alone.
