A Real Estate graduate of Penn State University's Smeal College of Business, Erica successfully marketed and sold new homes for Ryan and NVHomes for over 11 years as a Senior Sales & Marketing Representative. Selling over 400 homes since 2005, she personally accounted for over $140 million in sales while in new construction for a national builder. She was ranked 6th nationally in the company during her decade of selling. Erica has also won the "Most Outstanding Customer Service Award," was a part of the "99 Club" for excellence in customer satisfaction, and was voted one of Chester County's Top Real Estate Experts by Main Line Today consecutively. She understands the value of a home, having worked for a real estate appraisal firm for a little over 2 years, appraising commercial, industrial, and residential real estate before selling. Erica is now selling with Luxe Local Real Estate at Keller Williams, having sold over $ 31 million in resale homes in 2025. In addition to resale, she has closed over $150 million in new construction real estate since 2018, including $17 million-plus in new construction listing sales in 2025 alone. Growing up and happily residing in Chester County with her family, Erica has a wealth of knowledge and expertise of the surrounding area. Along with Chester County, Erica has sold real estate in Montgomery, Delaware, Berks, and Bucks Counties.

Additionally, she holds her Delaware Real Estate License. Marketing, negotiating, and customer service are her strong suits. She is well known for her ability to listen to a customer's needs, and her honesty is refreshing. With a background in product sales, she naturally thrives in selling homes!
